The idea for Unlaced was born in the spring of 2024 during the Entrepreneurship Scholars Program when Joe and Thomas discovered their shared passion for shoes and a commitment to preserving the environment. This led them to the innovative concept of offering shoe cleaning services right on campus. In the summer of 2024, they enrolled in a 10-week entrepreneurship program to further refine their business idea. By October 2024, Unlaced was officially launched, and they haven't looked back since. At Unlaced, our mission is to provide top-notch shoe cleaning services while promoting sustainability and environmental consciousness. We envision a world where every step we take leaves a positive impact on the planet. Joe and Thomas are driven by their backgrounds and passion for making a difference.
